CannaMapr operates as a comprehensive online directory connecting consumers with cannabis-related businesses, including dispensaries, cultivators, brands, delivery services, and medical professionals.

CannaMapr is not a cannabis retailer, cultivator, or distributor. We do not sell, manufacture, or transport cannabis or cannabis-related products. Any transactions, engagements, or interactions between a consumer and a business listed on our Site are solely between those parties. We do not process payments for cannabis products.

3. User Accounts, Emails, and Business Listings

To access certain features (for example, submitting a business listing, claiming a listing, posting reviews, saving favorites, or receiving deals), you may need to create an account and/or provide contact information such as an email address.

Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up, listing submission, and any updates you make, and to promptly update it if it changes.
Email communications: By creating an account, submitting a listing, or otherwise providing your email, you consent to receive administrative, transactional, and service-related messages from us (for example: account verification, listing status, password resets, policy updates, and support responses).
